The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hereby gives notice that in connection with the flood situation, the emergency level of waters in the Mekong in Vientiane, the danger of the outbreak of illnesses caused by pollution to drinking water and difficulties resulting from communication failures between certain provinces, tourists are advised against travelling to Laos.
