Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov paid a visit to Warsaw on 2 September 2010. Russia’s Foreign Minister took part in the annual Council of Polish Ambassadors in Warsaw. Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Radosław Sikorski delivered speeches on the Council’s main panel: ‘The New Era of Polish-Russian Relations’.
The visit’s programme also saw face-to-face talks between Foreign Ministers Sikorski and Lavrov as well as both delegations’ plenary talks on bilateral relations and Russia’s relations with the European Union.
