Undersecretary of State in Ministry for Foreign Affairs, responsible for EU law

Born in 1971in Kraków. Graduated from the Silesia University – Faculty of Law and Administration (Master of Laws); College of Europe (Bruges) – Law Department (Master in European Community Law, LL.M.), Silesia University – Faculty of Law and Administration (PhD studies – thesis “Promotion of Products in the Light of Article 28 of the Treaty Establishing the European Community” – defended with distinction), Chair of Civil Law and Private International Law (PhD of Laws); Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka w Katowicach [Bar Council in Katowice] (Advocate).

He is a lecturer at the Civil Law and Private International Law Department at the University of Silesia. From 2008 to 2009 Undersecretary of State of the Office of the Committee for European Integration
